What is the position;

We’re seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to take ownership of our brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints. This role will lead the look and feel of the brand, creating and executing high-quality marketing assets across digital, social, print, retail, and POS. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines, ensuring consistency while adapting them for new campaigns and product launches.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll bring fresh, trend-aware ideas to the table and deliver engaging creative, including both long- and short-form video content.

Full time role, based at our head office in Emu Plains, NSW.

What are the Key Responsibilities;

- Lead and maintain the brand’s visual identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and quality
- Design and deliver marketing assets across digital, social, print, retail, and POS




- Adapt and evolve brand guidelines for current projects, campaigns, and product launches
- Edit video content for training and instructional purposes

What Skills & Experience are needed;

- 3 years’ + experience in a graphic design role, ideally in-house or agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel work

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and confidence working across both print and digital formats

- Experience with video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro) and creating both short- and long-form content

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and production processes

- Ability to interpret and adapt brand guidelines while maintaining consistency

- Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Awareness of current design and social media trends, with the ability to translate them into brand- appropriate creative

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence to present and explain creative decisions

- Be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute
