We're looking for a Graphic Designer who loves bringing ideas to life, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across a wide variety of creative projects. If you're someone who takes pride in producing quality work, has a strong eye for detail and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role

Reporting to our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll join a cooperative team of designers responsible for delivering creative assets across every customer touchpoint.

Whether that be creating social content, producing in-store signage, digital advertising, EDM assets or helping bring a major national campaign to life.

This is a hands-on design role suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, can confidently manage multiple priorities and is excited to continue developing their skills within an experienced marketing team. What You'll Be Doing

Designing creative assets for digital marketing campaigns

Creating engaging content for social media

Producing EDM and website creative

Designing in-store signage and point-of-sale material

Preparing artwork for print production

Maintaining brand consistency across all creative outputs

Collaborating closely with the marketing, digital and content teams

Supporting campaign rollouts across multiple channels





Taking ownership of your work while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment About You

You'll be someone who enjoys getting creative and stuck in to finding solutions.

You'll bring

Around 3 years' experience in a graphic design role A strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print work

Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)

Strong typography, layout and visual communication skills

Great attention to detail The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously A positive attitude and willingness to take on any challenge A strong work ethic and pride in delivering high-quality work

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work to deadlines

Experience with motion graphics, video editing or Figma would be highly regarded but isn't essential. Why Join OZ Design?
