Headland Golf Club is located in Buderim on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast and we are looking for a suitably experienced grounds person.

We are seeking a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail who can work well within our team in maintaining our 18 hole parkland golf course.

Duties Involve

- Performing all functions of Golf Course maintenance activities as directed
- Assisting in maintenance of any other areas on the club’s property as directed by the Course Superintendent or his Assistant
- Operating turf maintenance equipment

Experience and Requirements

- The ability to operate golf course machinery
- Be physically fit for manual work
- Must hold a current Driver’s Licence
- The ability to work well in a team setting
- Must be capable of understanding and adhering to the club’s WH&S; and environmental management systems and policies




- The ability to work efficiently unsupervised
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather

The position is on a full time 38hrs/week basis with an additional requirement for rostered weekend and overtime work throughout the year as required. Headland Golf Club employees work under the Registered & Licenced Clubs Award QLD 2020
