About the Program

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Allied Health degree-qualified professional to join our team as a Group Facilitator for our six-week program.

This transformative initiative is designed to support men in overcoming personal barriers, building resilience, and developing sustainable pathways for personal growth. Sessions are delivered twice, providing participants with a consistent and supportive workplace to reflect, learn, and grow.

The Role

As a Group Facilitator, you will:

- Lead engaging and structured group sessions that blend storytelling, psychoeducation, reflection, and goal setting.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive group environment where participants feel valued and heard.
- Draw on your allied health expertise to help participants build resilience and practical strategies for change.




- Collaborate with the Pure Insights team to ensure high-quality program delivery and participant outcomes.

About You

You are an allied health skilled (e.g. Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline) who is:

- Experience in group facilitation, therapeutic programs, or psychosocial interventions, with an understanding of the employment services sector and participant barriers.
- Strong ability to manage group dynamics with empathy, adaptability, and professionalism.
- High-level problem-solving skills and confidence in thinking on your feet.
- A resilient, proactive, and ‘go-getter’ attitude with the drive to create meaningful impact.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust, engagement, and inclusion, with a genuine passion for supporting men to build purposeful futures.
