We are partnering with a growing national industrial services organisation supporting clients across the electrical, construction, facilities management, government, industrial and defence sectors.

As the business continues to expand nationally, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group WHS Advisor to lead safety, quality and compliance across multiple business units.

Based in Adelaide and reporting to the National General Manager, you will work closely with operational leaders and site teams to strengthen compliance, drive continuous improvement and foster a positive safety culture.

Reporting to the Company Directors this is a genuine hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships and coaching leaders to achieve practical safety outcomes. Approximately 20-30% national travel is required.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Working across a diverse portfolio of businesses, you will:

- Lead the development and continuous improvement of WHS policies, procedures and management systems.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct incident investigations, risk assessments, audits and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor safety performance, maintain risk registers and provide meaningful compliance reporting.
- Coordinate Return to Work processes and support injury management.
- Develop and deliver WHS training, toolbox talks and coaching initiatives.
- Manage subcontractor compliance and build strong relationships with operational leaders, regulators and certification bodies.
- Drive continuous improvement across safety,



quality and compliance.

ABOUT YOU We're looking for an experienced WHS skilled who enjoys partnering with operational teams and influencing positive workplace culture.

You will bring:

- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a WHS Advisor position within industrial services, construction, trades or a related industry
- Tertiary qualification in WHS, Environmental Management or related field
- Experience working across multiple sites or business units.
- Experience managing return to work and injury management processes
- Experience with organisational compliance programs, audits and incident investigations
- Strong coaching, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to influence at all levels
- Willingness to travel nationally as required to sites and branches
- A national police clearance and willingness to complete an employment medical
