About the Role: As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading our team and ensuring each guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in. Reporting to the site senior leadership team, you’ll play a key role in:

- Training and coaching team members on Service Steps, ensuring everyone is equipped to deliver top-tier guest service.
- Ensure strong front of house presence,



making sure operational requirements are being met and escalating operational concerns to senior leadership in a timely manner.
- Responding to guest needs, managing escalations, and creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere.
- Maintaining venue presentation standards, overseeing cleanliness, handling cash, and supporting POS operations.

Availability: Our guests come first, so we need team members who can be flexible with their availability.
