You're the first face our guests see and the last one they remember. If you've got natural warmth, a sharp eye for detail, and a knack for making people feel looked after, we want you on our front desk. As our Accommodation Receptionist, you'll run the guest journey from check-in to check-out — reservations, payments, requests, and everything in between — while keeping the front desk running like clockwork. It's varied, it's fast-paced, and no two shifts look the same.

Your Role:

- Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out with warmth and efficiency
- Handle reservations across phone, email, online platforms and walk-ins
- Process payments, refunds and guest accounts accurately
- Resolve guest requests and complaints on the spot — or escalate when needed
- Keep guest records and room allocations up to date, working closely with housekeeping
- Liaise across housekeeping, maintenance, F&B; and management to keep guests happy
- Promote our bistro, pizzeria, functions and local attractions
- Handle daily admin: reports,



reconciliations, shift handovers
- Follow hotel policies on privacy, cash handling and WHS; stay calm and capable in an emergency

About you:

- A genuine love of hospitality and a can-do attitude
- Sharp communication skills and the ability to juggle priorities under pressure
- Reception, front office or customer service experience (hotel experience a plus, not essential)
