Warlocks Gym – Leichhardt is looking for a confident, driven Full-Time / Part-Time Gym Manager to lead daily operations, build a high-performing team, and grow the club into a genuine community hub. What You'll Do

- Run day-to-day club operations — presentation, safety, compliance and rostering
- Recruit, coach and hold your reception and floor team accountable
- Drive membership sales, retention and lead conversion
- Track KPIs, manage records in GymMaster, and support budgeting and reporting
- Represent the Warlocks brand and build relationships in your local community

What We're Looking For
- Experience in gym management, sales leadership or operations management
- A confident, hands-on leader who can manage people and hit targets
- Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure




- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Genuine passion for fitness and gym culture

The Details
- Full-Time (38+ hrs/week) / Part time (approx. 30 hrs/week)
- Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + performance-based incentives (Depending on experience)
- Staffed hours: Mon–Fri: 9am-5pm
- Some weekend availability required
