The Daisy's team consists of over 200 people, working across 9 stores and 4 production sites, from Pakenham to Torquay and Colac. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Truck & Trailer Driver to join our Geelong team on a casual basis.
The role
As a Truck & Trailer Driver you will:
- Transport products from suppliers and Daisy's production locations to Daisy's stores
- Deliver garden and landscaping supplies to customers in Bellarine Peninsular & Metro Melbourne
- Primarily drive a truck & trailer
- Operate mobile equipment in the sales yard (if competent)
- Maintain truck presentation & cleanliness
Hours of the role
- Casual hours available Monday to Friday. Saturday work may be available on an ad hoc basis. No shift work.
Skills & experience The successful applicant will be an experienced Truck Driver who:
- Holds a current HC license with a safe driving record (clean driving record for the last 2 years)
- Must have truck & trailer tipper experience
- Can form friendly and positive customer relationships
- Competencies and experience operating a wheel loader & forklift highly regarded
