Everything they make moves through partners. Contract manufacturers, warehouses, freight companies, distributors. Planning and execution are not a support function here. They are the business.

This is the role that owns that engine.

Roughly two thirds supply chain. One third business operations.

You will personally own demand and supply planning, production planning with manufacturing partners, inventory, customer fulfilment, freight and export. Then you run the operating rhythm that keeps the wider business moving. Priorities into plans. Plans into owners and dates. Projects that land.

Hands on, not hands off. You build the process and run it at the same time. No team to inherit. No system to hide behind. Scope to build both.

Waiting for you on day one

Formula updates in flight. A move into a new can format, from component sourcing through to first commercial run. The demand, inventory and cash plan to land it without starving the existing range.



The first priority export shipments. Then a launch playbook for every market that follows.

You have done this before

- Owned a demand and supply plan yourself. Not attended the meeting. Owned it.
- Planned production with contract manufacturers or external production partners
- Managed inventory, third party logistics, warehousing, freight and fulfilment
- Run export shipments end to end, including freight forwarders, documentation and landed cost
- Delivered cross functional projects and built an operating cadence that stuck
- FMCG, food or beverage. Beverage is a strong advantage

- You are a business operations generalist without genuine supply chain ownership
- You manage the work rather than do it
- You need mature systems and a clean lane to be effective
