About the Role

We are looking for a Health Programs Consultant to join the Health Programs team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for HBF members engaging with our Health Support Programs. This position focuses on guiding members to health programs that empower them to manage and improve their health.

As a Health Programs Consultant, you have the opportunity to make a difference to members’ health journeys by:

- Facilitating member engagement with Health Support Programs, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

- Managing referrals and enquiries through multiple channels, including email, web, and phone, within agreed service levels.

- Maintaining accurate and consistent records of member interactions.

- Contributing to the development and delivery of frontline activation and education initiatives.

- Supporting process improvements, administration updates, and assisting with projects and initiatives as directed.

About You

You’re passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to quality service, you excel at building relationships, expressing empathy,



and influencing positive outcomes. You’re highly organised, self-motivated, computer literate, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Ideally, you will have:

- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service that identifies and responds to member needs.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in relationship building and influencing.

- Solid organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

- Demonstrated self-motivation and adaptability in a changing environment.

- Competent computer skills.

- The ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a high level of independence and accountability.
