About the Role…
We're seeking a motivated, energetic individual to join us in a casual position based at our Acacia Ridge office. If you thrive in a customer-focused (call & email based) environment and enjoy working behind the scenes to help things run smoothly, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Immediate start | Availability Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm | Full training provided!
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and customer enquiries
- Provide product, service, and procedural information with professionalism
- Take phone orders, process payments, and manage customer bookings
- Prepare job data, send confirmations, and handle general admin tasks
•Organise printing and delivery of envelopes for upcoming jobs
•Liaise with school photo organisers to ensure smooth delivery of services
•Assist with other areas of the business as needed.
About You…
•Solid customer service and administration experience
•Excellent written and verbal communication, with a friendly, professional phone manner
•Calm under pressure with the ability to handle challenging situations confidently
•Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
•Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and work both independently and in a team
•Positive attitude, reliable, and adaptable to support the broader business when required
•Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
•Ability to obtain (or already hold) a Working with Children Card and National Police Check.
