The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse operations team based in Tullamarine. This is a full time position, Monday to Friday (operation hours 7am – 3:30pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-reach trucks or order-picker forklifts up to 7.5 metres in a warehouse environment.
- Pick and put away stock from high racking using programmed level entries and at heights camera system.
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for dispatch
- Load and unload vehicles as required
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and maintain equipment
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, especially when working at heights
- Work as part of a busy distribution team to meet daily targets
To be successful you will have:
- Experience operating high-reach trucks or order picker forklifts
- Beginner to intermediate Computer skills
- RF Scanning experience essential
- Current LO & LF licence essential
- Current Victorian driver's licence preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accurate picking skills
- Ability to work safely and confidently at heights
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused to perform in a high-risk warehouse area
- Good communication and teamwork skills
