Position Overview

With continued growth, we're looking for a High-Risk Trainer/Assessor to join our team.

This role is based at our Sunshine West training facility and involves delivering training for a range of nationally recognised courses, including the following units:

- TLILIC0003 - Forklift and TLILIC0004 - Order Picker

- TLILIC0005 - EWP over 11m and RIIHAN301E - EWP under 11m

- RIIHAN309F - Telehandler

- RIIWHS204E - WAH, RIIWHS202E - CS, MSMWHS217 - GT

- CPCCWHS2001 - White Card

- HLTAID009-012 - First Aid

- CPCCLSF2001-4001 - Scaffolding Basic to Advanced

- CPCCDE3016 - Demolition

- CPCCLDG3001 - Dogging

- CPCCLRG3001 - Rigging Basic-Intermediate

- TLILIC0016 - Bridge/Gantry Crane

- 11084NAT and 10830NAT - Asbestos and Silica

- RIICCM202E - Locate Underground Services

- PUAFER005 and PUAFER008 - Emergency Response

- UETDRM007 - Low Voltage Rescue

- UEERL0003 - Test and Tag

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, industry‑relevant training.





- Ensure all training meets industry standards, safety regulations, and RTO compliance requirements.

- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records and documentation.

- Keep current with industry trends, equipment updates, and best practices.

- Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home.

Requirements

- Hold a minimum of one of the qualifications listed above

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).

- High Risk Work Licence

- Holding an HRW Accredited Assessor Card is HIGHLY regarded

- Demonstrated industry experience and the ability to provide currency.

- Experience in delivering courses in training environment

- Willingness to travel as required.

- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
