About Us:

Multicultural Care is a not-for-profit organization with 30 years of experience providing in-home care to frail-aged individuals, people with disabilities, and their carers from culturally diverse backgrounds. With a commitment to delivering care with respect and dignity, we support individuals across the Inner West, Southeast, Southwest, and North Sydney areas. Recently, we have seen an increase in recent clients in Bondi, Maroubra, Sydney CBD, Carlingford, Bankstown and Liverpool and are looking for workers in these regions to help meet the growing demand for our services.

We are currently looking for support workers to work throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Area and we welcome bilingual applicants who speak any second language.

The Role:





As an Aged Care Support Staff member, you will provide essential in-home care to individuals across the Inner West, Southeast, Southwest, and North Sydney. Your responsibilities will include:

- Offering personal care, domestic assistance, and social support

- Assisting with shopping and transport

- Managing and supervising medication, following doctor’s advice

- Monitoring and reporting on changes to a client’s health and well-being

What We’re Looking For:

- Bilingual capability – proficiency in multiple languages like Spanish, Mandarin, Italian or Greek speaking is preferred.

- Experience as a carer or completion of a Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability

- Unrestricted Australian work rights

- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (including booster)

- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)

- Annual flu vaccine

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply)

- NSW driver’s license and access to a car with third-party property insurance
