About the role We're looking for caring and reliable people to join our Support At Home team, providing in-home support to older people living in Wembley and surrounding suburbs.

We have two opportunities available:

- 2 x Home Care Support Worker (Certificate III required) In these rewarding roles, you'll help clients maintain their independence by providing personalised support in their own homes. Depending on the position, this may include domestic assistance, meal preparation, personal care, medication assistance, social support and helping clients stay connected with their community. These positions include afternoon shifts, with availability required to work until 6:00pm to support clients with evening meal preparation and medication assistance. About you You're someone who enjoys building genuine relationships and making a positive difference in people's everyday lives. In addition, you will also possess:
- For the Home Care Support Worker role: Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Care or equivalent.
- Previous experience in aged care, community services or a similar support role (desirable).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to supporting client choice, dignity and independence.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.




- Current Driver's Licence and access to a registered, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive third-party insurance (required).
