We are currently looking for a Hotel Porter to join our Front Office Team in either a Part Time or Full Time capacity.

Position Summary:

- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
- Assist with the smooth and safe valet parking for guests of the property.
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor, and direct vehicle traffic to and from the property, including guest vehicles, taxis and buses, to ensure vehicles are legally parked and to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic.
- Support the Front Desk team with general operational tasks
- Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations and fuel their curiosity
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.

About You:

- Must hold a valid driver's license and able to drive both Auto and Manual vehicles
- Full working rights in Australia




- Relevant experience in a similar role

- Friendly and proactive
- Available to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, public holidays and overnights
- Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
