Bonville Golf Resort is renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a stunning natural setting. We are seeking an experienced and energetic Housekeeping Manager who enjoys being part of the team, not just managing it.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team every day, setting the standard through your own work ethic, attention to detail and positive attitude. About the Role
As Housekeeping Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of the housekeeping department while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day work of the team. This is not a desk-based management position—it's a role for someone who enjoys staying active, working alongside their colleagues and ensuring every guest experiences the exceptional standards Bonville is known for.
This is a full-time position working 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, five days across a seven-day roster. Weekend and public holiday work is an essential requirement of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, working alongside the housekeeping team each day.
- Supervise,
coach and motivate staff to consistently achieve high standards.
- Coordinate daily room allocations and team workloads.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure exceptional presentation.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Foster a positive, supportive and safety-focused team culture.
