About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to support our Executive Housekeeper in leading the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department.
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and service. You will supervise and support the housekeeping team, coordinate daily room allocations, conduct room inspections, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through efficient departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Housekeeper with the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department.
- Supervise and motivate the housekeeping team to achieve hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas and designated back-of-house areas to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate room priorities with Front Office and Maintenance to maximise room availability.
- Ensure VIP rooms and special guest requests are completed to the highest standard.
- Monitor the safe use, storage and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Oversee the effective handling of guest laundry and lost property.
- Assist with linen control, stock management and departmental inventories.
- Train, coach and support team members while promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Accor brand standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and hotel policies.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or senior housekeeping position within a hotel environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple hotel departments.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals and safe manual handling practices.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
