- Deliver end-to-end recruitment support including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking and onboarding - Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practice and compliance - Champion positive safety behaviours and ensure adherence to relevant policies and legislation - Build strong working relationships across teams to deliver responsive and customer-focused HR services - Identify and recommend improvements to recruitment processes and systems - Demonstrated experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including Award interpretation, employee relations and disciplinary matters, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
