About Us
Available Runs & Start Times:
- General Waste – Start at 12:00 a.m.
- General Waste – Start between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
- Cardboard Collection – Start between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
Responsibilities
- Operate waste collection vehicles (Rear Lift, Tautliner or HIAB) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections and pre-start checks.
- Service scheduled waste and recycling collection routes.
- Operate hydraulic lifting equipment and bin-lifting systems.
- Load, unload, transport, and deliver equipment and materials
- Maintain high safety standards while working in traffic and customer environments.
- Maintain compliance with fatigue management and road transport regulations.
Your Profile
- Experience operating a variety of heavy vehicle types.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance record.
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts.
- Availability to work up to 6 days per week, or at minimum one weekend shift per fortnight.
