Hays has partnered with an organisation seeking a Recruitment / HR Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support key people initiatives across the business.

Your new role

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes across professional, technical and operational positions while providing broader HR support.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions

- Partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategies

- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates

- Coordinating interviews, reference checks and pre-employment screening

- Preparing employment offers and managing candidate communications

- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future workforce needs

- Facilitating onboarding and induction activities

- Maintaining HR records and employee data

- Supporting employee lifecycle activities, including promotions, transfers and offboarding

- Assisting with HR systems, reporting and process improvement initiatives





- Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures

- Supporting training administration and employee engagement activities

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in corporate recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources

- Proven capability managing end-to-end recruitment processes

- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline (preferred)

- Exposure to broader HR generalist functions will be highly regarded
