This two (2) year HSE Graduate role will be based in our corporate office in Osborne Park. You will gain practical experience supporting our HSE management systems, as well as being given the opportunity to visit operational sites and gain exposure to our mining, transport and civils divisions.
This role is for a junior graduate looking to build their recently acquired technical knowledge and establish a long-term career in HSE.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, maintenance and implementation of Re:Group’s HSE management systems
- Help develop and maintain HSE documentation, procedures and records
- Assist with safety reporting and data analysis
- Coordinate HSE inductions and training records
- Support the delivery of safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Conduct occasional travel to operational sites to assist with HSE activities and gain field experience
- Participate in workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective action tracking
- Promote a positive safety culture across the business
About You
- A recent junior university graduate with a degree in Health and Safety
- Passionate about workplace HSE
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to travel to operational sites as required
