About the role

As an HR Business Partner at Resthaven, you'll collaborate with the business to drive organisational performance, delivering exceptional people management, employee relations, and HR guidance to key stakeholders. You'll partner with leaders, manage complex employee matters, and contribute to a positive employee experience across our South Australian aged care services.

What we're looking for

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing grievances, performance matters, workplace investigations and disciplinary processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the interpretation and application of relevant legislation, policies and procedures, and Enterprise Agreements.
- Willingness to undertake regular site visits across Resthaven's business and service locations.
- Team player essential

About the team

Resthaven's Human Resources team is a collaborative and supportive team of seven professionals, comprising Human Resources Business Partners, HR Advisors, a Reporting and Systems Analyst, the HR Advice Lead, and the Manager People and Culture Operations.





The team works closely with the Senior Manager Employee and Industrial Relations, as well as the Recruitment, Work Health and Safety, Payroll, and Workforce Development teams, providing an excellent prospect to collaborate across the broader People and Culture function.
