Burger Urge Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our growing organisation in Brisbane, Queensland.
This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the company's human resource operations, workforce planning, recruitment strategies, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organisational development initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Prepare job descriptions and employment contracts
- Oversee employee onboarding and induction programs
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and workplace investigations
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal programs
- Advise management on employment legislation and HR best practices
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation and National Employment Standards
- Coordinate training and professional development initiatives
- Manage workforce planning and succession planning activities
- Maintain HR records and reporting systems
- Support employee engagement, retention and wellbeing initiatives
Skills and Experience To be successful in this role,
you will have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Fair Work requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing employee relations matters
- Strong organisational and leadership capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
