About the Role

Grosvenor have been successful in the award for a premium commercial office portfolio in the Melbourne CBD, which include some of the most sought-after commercial buildings.

To support this growth, we are looking for 5 experienced HVAC Technicians to support this growth who will be working across the Melbourne area and are passionate about contributing to the success of our business. You’ll have an allocated run across a variety of sites including Commercial sites, Offices, Retail etc, providing Service, Maintenance and Breakdowns.

Description

What will you be doing?

- Service, breakdowns and maintenance across a range of commercial sites.
- Working with some of the best technicians Australia has to offer
- Working in a motivated team environment




- Identifying hazards and safety issues
- Providing customer quotes
- Liaise with work coordinators and management
- Providing high level customer service to clients
- Identifying opportunities for potential repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments, and current business

Skills And Experiences

What will you need to join the team?

- Trade Qualification – Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
- White card and Current Driver’s Licence
- Hands on experience with repairs, emergency breakdowns and maintenance on a variety of HVAC assets in commercial backgrounds
- Ability to work within a team or autonomously
- Awesome communications skills – interact positively with colleagues and customers alike!
