This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced technicians, gain practical experience across a wide range of commercial sites, and complete a nationally recognised qualification while earning a full-time wage.

What You'll Do

As an HVAC Service Apprentice, you'll work with experienced technicians to learn every aspect of commercial HVAC service and maintenance. You'll gain hands-on experience in:

- Preventative maintenance of commercial air conditioning systems
- Fault finding and repairs
- Equipment upgrades and installations
- Working across commercial buildings and facilities throughout your region
- Using industry-standard tools, equipment and technology
- Applying safe work practices and building strong technical skills

Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll receive structured training, mentoring and ongoing support to help you become a qualified HVAC Service Technician.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for people with the right attitude and a genuine desire to learn. Ideally, you'll have:

- Certificate II in Electrotechnology (or a similar qualification)
- A genuine interest in mechanical or technical work
- Enjoy working with tools and solving practical problems
- Robust work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team




- Good communication skills
- Current Australian Driver Licence

The following would also be advantageous:
- Experience in construction, mechanical, HVAC or another trade environment

You may be required to complete audiometric testing within your first 3 months to establish a baseline (fully covered by the company). This does not impact hiring decisions or employment terms.
