Catholic Education Tasmania are seeking applications from passionate and experienced candidates that can support the provision and delivery of ICT services to our teams.
As Client Services - Support Officer, you will be:
- Resolving ICT service requests and incidents on first contact.
- Prioritising and escalating ICT service requests as required within agreed timeframes.
- Contributing to the development, implementation, maintenance and review of systems, policies, procedures and practices necessary for the efficient and effective administrative operations of the team.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:
- Certificate III in ICT or equivalent relevant experience.
- Work experience providing a variety of ICT services and support to diverse users.
- Able to resolve routine problems and diagnostic skills to resolve complex problems related to data, equipment or systems.
