Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training) About The Role Identity is at the heart of modern enterprise security — and at the heart of some of its most critical failures. We're partnering with leading AI research teams to build AI systems that truly understand how IAM risk emerges, propagates, and is exploited in real-world environments. If you've spent time working with enterprise identity platforms and have a sharp eye for access control weaknesses, this is a rare opportunity to put that expertise to work on frontier AI — entirely on your own schedule.

Type: Hourly Contract

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and failure points

Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related vulnerabilities

Review zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for correctness and risk

Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems

Provide structured,



expert feedback that helps AI reason accurately about enterprise security Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms

Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes

Able to identify how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them

Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Clear written communicator who can explain complex security concepts concisely Nice to Have Experience with platforms like Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar

Familiarity with zero-trust architecture and contemporary identity security frameworks

Background in security engineering, IAM consulting, or enterprise IT
