Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and failure points
Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related vulnerabilities
Review zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for correctness and risk
Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems
Provide structured,
expert feedback that helps AI reason accurately about enterprise security Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
Able to identify how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them
Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
Clear written communicator who can explain complex security concepts concisely Nice to Have Experience with platforms like Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar
Familiarity with zero-trust architecture and contemporary identity security frameworks
Background in security engineering, IAM consulting, or enterprise IT
