We are looking for a part time, in office Immigration Advisor to join our Perth office. You will guide clients through Australian visa and relocation pathways, manage immigration applications from start to finish, and ensure a seamless client experience while maintaining compliance with Australian immigration regulations. Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on Australian visa and migration pathways.
Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable immigration solutions.
Prepare, review, and lodge visa applications and supporting documentation.
Monitor application progress and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Stay up to date with changes in Australian immigration law and policy.
Deliver exceptional client service and maintain accurate case records.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client experience.
Qualifications
Experience in immigration advisory, global mobility, or a related field.
Relevant qualification in law, migration, or a related discipline.
Current MARA (Registered Migration Agent) registration, or eligibility to obtain registration, is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Australian immigration law and visa processes.
Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Comfortable using digital tools and case management platforms.
