The Role

This role is one of the first of its kind as our client is a pioneer in Wills & Estates legal funding. As such, you will be instrumental in helping our client build this part of its already very successful legal finance business.

As a Wills & Estates Lawyer based in the company's Sydney CBD office you will be required to use not only your extensive legal experience in estates litigation and administration to assess applications and determine whether they are eligible for funding, but you will also use your outstanding commercial and entrepreneurial skills to help develop and grow this new part of the business and help manage the client and law firm experience.

About You

This role would suit an experienced Wills & Estates lawyer who is passionate about helping clients, but who is looking for an alternative to private practice.

To be successful in this role you will have:





- At least 2-5 years' experience in Wills & Estates/Estate Administration – gained from a reputable Australian Wills & Estates law practice;

- Strong emotional intelligence, be someone who is genuinely client-focused, displaying empathy, compassion and excellent communication skills;

- The ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively as part of a growing and dynamic team.

This role would suit a confident individual who is self-motivated, goal-driven, collaborative, entrepreneurial and who excels at building and maintaining client relationships.
