The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Benalla, Victoria. Based on site, this permanent position will see you playing a pivotal specialist role in supporting production outcomes within our specialised engineered-to-order environment, primarily the production of Transformers, Kiosks, and Switchgear. This hands‑on role will see you collaborating with various key stakeholder groups, leveraging your specialist knowledge to ensure that processes maximise production efficiency and continuously improve our operations.

Key Responsibilities - Play a central role across our manufacturing operations, applying LEAN principles, Six Sigma and other specialist Industrial Engineering solutions to improve productivity, quality and performance - Interacting with the shop floor to analyse processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and overall throughput as we continue to experience consistent growth - Play a central role in LEAN and Six Sigma activities,
contributing to special projects and other continuous improvement activities that maximise business performance - Ensure you maintain an eye for details as you utilise various data sources to provide specialist insights that helps shape decisions that optimise our operations - Collaborate with varied cross‑functional teams and other related stakeholder groups to ensure project success including; Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and various technical team members - Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety, quality and other environmental standards About You - Tertiary qualifications in Industrial Engineering or equivalent - Proven experience in a similar role where you can demonstrate tangible benefits to your organisation in support of production/manufacturing operations - A depth of technical knowledge that has been gained in a variety of similar environments, teaming with others to optimise production, processes and overall output/performance - A strong communicator who has fostered close partnerships and collaborated with varied specialist stakeholder groups to achieve desired outcomes - Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills, proven in managing multiple priorities through your well‑developed project management capabilities - Those with any additional postgraduate qualifications will be viewed favourably (Project Management, LEAN, Green Belt or Black Belt certification etc.) Benefits We offer all our employees a chance to build your career within our global organisation.
