The Fresh Collective is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the next chapter of our technology journey.

As one of Australia's leading hospitality groups, we operate some of the country's most iconic venues, including the Art Gallery of New South Wales, Australian Museum, Melbourne Theatre Company and Queensland Museum.

For the first time, we're bringing our IT function in-house, creating a unique chance to build, shape and lead technology across a growing national business.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll become our trusted technology adviser, taking ownership of strategy, cyber security, infrastructure and day-to-day IT operations while partnering with leaders across the organisation.

About youYou'll bringExperience as an IT Manager, Infrastructure Manager or similar technology leadership role. Strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and cyber security.

Experience supporting multi-site businesses. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to work autonomously.

The roleLead the transition from an outsourced IT model to a high-performing in-house function. Own and optimise our Microsoft environment, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, Intune and SharePoint. Drive cyber security, governance and technology best practice.

Support and improve key business systems, including Humanforce, Momentus Elite and Square for Restaurants. Identify opportunities to introduce AI and emerging technologies that improve productivity. Partner with the CFO and leadership team to shape technology strategy and future growth.
