JGF Engineering WA Pty Ltd is seeking experienced MSCL / Pipe InnerShield Site Welders for immediate and upcoming pipeline welding works across Perth and surrounding areas.

The initial project duration is expected to be approximately 4–6 months, with the chance for ongoing, full-time employment for candidates who demonstrate strong welding ability, reliability, productivity and the right attitude.

About the Role

The role will involve site-based welding of Mild Steel Cement Lined (MSCL) pipework using InnerShield welding processes.

Key responsibilities will include

- Site welding of MSCL pipework, fittings and associated components
- Completing internal and external pipe welds
- Carrying out pipe fit-up, preparation and welding in accordance with approved welding procedures
- Producing high-quality welds that meet project inspection and acceptance requirements
- Reading and working from project drawings, welding procedures, ITPs and site documentation
- Working safely and effectively as part of a site pipeline installation crew
- Maintaining welding equipment and ensuring work areas are kept safe and organised
- Assisting with general pipeline installation and site activities when required
