The Opportunity

Join our Fire Suppression team in an Inside Sales & Customer Support role focused on pricing, quotes, and CRM-driven sales activity. You’ll support outside sales by raising quotes, following up on quotes, and creating/managing opportunities in the CRM, while delivering excellent service to customers and resellers. This role emphasizes non-technical customer interactions, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving to keep sales moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do - Prepare pricing for quotes and respond to pricing inquiries from customers and resellers.

- Follow up on quotes to advance opportunities and convert quotes to orders.
- Assist outside sales teams by raising quotes in the CRM and creating recent opportunities; maintain accurate opportunity records and stages.
- Liaise with customers, resellers, and internal teams via phone and email to resolve questions and maintain timely communication.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional, responsive service.
- Manage general administrative tasks to keep projects, accounts, and CRM data organized and up to date.
- Support business development activities as needed.
- Provide non-technical product information and guidance to customers, focusing on service quality and problem resolution. What We’re Looking For - Experience in internal sales, customer service, or administration; CRM experience preferred.
- Strong focus on pricing, quotes, follow-up, and creating opportunities in a CRM system.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; customer-centric mindset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks.




- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
