Inspiring the Future (ITF) is a program run by Schools Industry Partnership. Schools Industry Partnership is seeking an energetic Facilitator to deliver engaging career-inspiration programs in schools and community settings.

This is a hands-on role where you will facilitate interactive workshops, connect students with industry professionals, and build strong relationships with schools, volunteers, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver workshops in schools, capturing students’ interest and building excitement about future opportunities.

· Build strong relationships with teachers, career advisers, and community partners to understand student needs and boost participation.

· Facilitate engaging, interactive workshops that help students explore post-school pathways.

· Connect with industry volunteers, employers, and education providers who want to share their career journeys with students.

· Support volunteers to deliver meaningful, enjoyable experiences that resonate with students.

· Represent ITF at school events, community forums, and expos, spreading the word about our programs and building new partnerships.

· Work with marketing and communications staff to promote events, opportunities, and success stories.

· Assist in planning and coordinating ITF events,



from small workshops to large multi-speaker panels, ensuring smooth logistics and high engagement.

· Support the creation of resources, presentation materials, and digital content.

· Maintain accurate records of program activity, volunteers, and stakeholder interactions.

Essential Criteria

1. Experience in education, youth, community engagement, or career-related programs, supported by relevant qualifications or real-world experience.
2. Robust stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence in building relationships across schools, industry, and community groups.
3. Skilled facilitator, able to run engaging workshops, presentations, or group activities.
4. Highly organised and capable of managing multiple events
5. Self-motivated and collaborative, able to work independently while being a supportive team member.
6. Committed to program growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
8. Holds a Working With Children Check (NSW), National Police Check, driver’s licence, and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
