We are a growing professional services firm specialising in corporate insolvency, restructuring, and business recovery services. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Intermediate Insolvency Accountant to join our team and support a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency engagements.

The Opportunity

Reporting to a Manager and Partner, you will gain exposure to a broad range of insolvency and restructuring matters while developing your technical and commercial skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the administration of corporate and personal insolvency appointments, including liquidations, voluntary administrations, bankruptcies, and receiverships.
- Conduct investigations into company affairs and financial transactions.
- Prepare statutory reports and correspondence for creditors, ASIC, and other stakeholders.
- Analyse financial records and identify potential recovery actions.
- Manage creditor and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain appointment files and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Prepare receipts and payments reconciliations and other accounting reports.
- Support senior staff with restructuring and advisory engagements.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 2–4 years' experience in insolvency, restructuring, or business recovery.
- A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.




- Progress towards or completion of CA or CPA qualifications.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
