As part of CFWC’s Integrated Intake, Triage, Response and Outcomes Project, this role will play a key part in redesigning how we manage demand, prioritise support, measure impact and deliver services across the organisation. This is a major organisational initiative designed to strengthen our service model, improve client outcomes and build the evidence needed for future service system reform.

What will you do?

Working across programs, teams and sites, you will:

- Facilitate consultation, workshops and co-design activities, working alongside the database replacement Project Lead (Cassie O).
- Support the redesign of intake, triage and response pathways.
- Develop process maps, workflows and implementation resources.
- Help identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and service delivery.
- Support testing, implementation and adoption of new ways of working.
- Work alongside leaders from practice, operations, data, evaluation and technology to bring ideas into reality.
- Help ensure the project delivers practical improvements for staff, clients and the organisation.
