We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Officer Administration Plumbing to join our Community Sustainability Directorate. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a small administration team, ensuring the efficient delivery of administrative services that support Council's Plumbing Section.

About the Role
As the Senior Officer Administration Plumbing, you will be responsible for leading a small team of administration professionals while ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient administrative support is provided to the Plumbing Section. You will play a key role in supporting business operations, coordinating workflows, and ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support a small team of Plumbing Administration Officers.
- Coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure effective service delivery.
- Provide high-quality frontline customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
- Manage complex and escalated customer enquiries and applications.
- Ensure the accurate processing and maintenance of plumbing records, permits, inspections and associated documentation.
- Retrieve, analyse and interpret information from multiple databases to resolve enquiries and support decision-making.
- Monitor workloads and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and industry representatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements
