Internal Sales – Electrical Wholesale Glendenning, Sydney | Full Time

Hastings Electrical is an independently owned electrical wholesaler specialising in industrial electrical products. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and quick turnaround times, including same-day delivery throughout Sydney.

We're looking for an Internal Sales person to join our team and help continue the high level of service our customers have come to expect.

About the Role You'll be working closely with our customers, suppliers and warehouse team to ensure enquiries and orders are handled accurately and efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers by phone, email and at the sales counter
- Preparing quotations and processing orders
- Following up customer enquiries and quotes
- Working with suppliers to source products
- Coordinating with our warehouse and delivery team to ensure customers receive their orders on time
- Building strong long-term relationships with our customers





About You We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys dealing with customers and providing great service
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Has good computer skills and can learn new systems quickly
- Takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team

Previous experience in electrical wholesale or industrial products is preferred. We are interested in finding the right person with the right attitude.
