Maintain inventory integrity and stock accuracy within Apparel21 (AP21).

Perform stock reconciliations and inventory adjustments.

Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues before they impact customers.

Maintain accurate product and inventory master data.

Take responsibility for the end-to-end wholesale order lifecycle. ? C - Collaboration

Liaise daily with internal stakeholders to meet customer commitments.

Must haves: We're looking for someone who already has the foundations to hit the ground running.

You must have: Minimum 5 years' experience in Inventory Administration, Wholesale Operations or Supply Chain Administration.

Demonstrated experience using Apparel21 (AP21) ERP Proven experience managing inventory integrity and stock control.

Experience managing wholesale customer orders from receipt through to delivery.

High-level Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Outstanding organisational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams. You'll stand out if you've worked within:

Apparel or Fashion

Wholesale Distribution

Retail Supply Chain Experience with Myer EDI, Brandscope, The Iconic Marketplace or Dropship operations will be highly regarded.
