Fund Operations and Investor Services Officer

- Up to $120,000 + Super | Initial 6 month FTC with a view to extend

Our client is a fast-growing financial services business specialising in capital raising and real estate development investments, with a reputation for delivering robust returns to investors through a transparent, compliant, and value-driven approach. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivate d Fund Operations & Investor Services Offic er to join on an initia l 6-month fixed-term contra ct, with potential for extension.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical and Excel skills looking to build or transition into funds management. Whilst prior fund experience is a nice to have but not essential, transferable skills and a desire to learn are key.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage investor onboarding, including application processing, KYC/AML checks, and record maintenance
- Process transactions such as subscriptions, distributions, and redemptions
- Support investor queries via phone and email with clear, professional communication
- Prepare investor reports, statements, and fund documentation
- Assist with reconciliations, fund operations,



and reporting activities
- Maintain accurate data, track tasks, and support process improvement

About

- You Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, data analysis)
- High attention to detail and strong numerical ability
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a process-driven environment (e.g. banking, accounting, superannuation, property or legal admin)
- Able to learn quickly and work independently
