What you'll do
- Walk small & medium businesses, many recent to the ISO standards, through the certification process in Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001).
- Explain the process in plain language and keep clients confident and on track.
- Guide and review compliance documentation alongside our platform.
- Be the trusted human face of the tech throughout each engagement.
Who you are
- Warm, patient, and great with people - you can make complex requirements feel simple.
- Genuinely want to help businesses improve their processes and make ISO relevant to their specific business, not create templated slop.
- Understand the essence of the ISO standards: the spirit of continuous improvement, and how it can help small businesses run more efficiently and effectively.
- No experience within the ISO industry required. We care far more that you're enthusiastic and genuinely want to see businesses improve.
- Comfortable with technology and AI.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving startup.
