IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead

Lead IT Services, Infrastructure & Security

Join a dynamic, asset-intensive organisation where you'll take ownership of IT operations, service management, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. This is a hands-on leadership role managing both internal and outsourced support teams while driving service excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead IT Infrastructure, Desktop Support, Networks, Azure, M365 and Cisco environments.
- Manage IT Service Management processes including Helpdesk, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Vendor Management.
- Drive cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Oversee hardware procurement, vendor relationships and technology lifecycle management.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, documentation and registers.
- Partner with business leaders to align technology with strategic objectives.
- Manage budgets, technology roadmaps and service performance.

About You
- Tertiary qualification in IT.
- ITIL Foundation certified with proven ITSM experience.
- Azure/M365 Administrator certification (or equivalent).
- 3+ years in an IT leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365,



Cisco and cloud-based environments.
- Knowledge of Essential 8 and/or ISO 27001.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, team leadership and vendor management.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Desirable
- Microsoft Security Fundamentals.
- Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods environments.
- Project management experience.
- Exposure to Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.
