We are seeking a dedicated volunteer to join our team as IT Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimising our Microsoft 365 workplace to ensure smooth operations and a seamless experience for our volunteers.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about contributing their technological expertise to a purpose-driven, community-focused organisation.

Role Responsibilities

-Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, including creating, modifying, and deactivating accounts.

-Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), user groups, and permissions.

-Assign and monitor Microsoft 365 licences.

-Provide first-level technical support to Chapter volunteers for Microsoft-related issues.

-Maintain user access, security settings, and password resets.

-Ensure appropriate access controls are implemented for volunteers joining and leaving the Chapter.

-Work closely with the Technology & AI team to improve digital systems and operational efficiency.
