?️ Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT support requests in a timely manner.
Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management.
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and business applications.
Document support tickets, resolutions, and technical procedures.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure reliable IT operations.
Help identify opportunities to improve support processes and user experience.
? Requirements
Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and operating systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows, or common business software is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Fluent in English.
Must be based in Australia with full working rights.
