Annual Salary : $75,000 ~ $85,000 Key Responsibilities *Prepare and cook high-quality Japanese dishes, ensuring all meals are presented and served to a consistently high standard.

*Plan and develop seasonal menus while considering food costs, customer preferences, and ingredient availability.

*Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen to ensure efficiency and quality.

*Supervise, coordinate and support kitchen staff to maintain a productive and positive working environment.

*Monitor inventory levels, order food supplies and kitchen equipment, and minimize waste.

*Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety regulations.

*Maintain consistency in food quality, portion control and presentation standards.





About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

*A formal trade qualification in Commercial Cookery.

*At least one year of experience preparing Japanese cuisine in a commercial kitchen.

*Solid communication and leadership skills

*Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

*A genuine passion for Japanese cuisine, food presentation and quality.

*A positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude.
