We are looking for a Junior Cafe Attendant to join our team and contribute to our premium service offering. We will provide barista training and mentor on all cafe operations.

The Role At Next

Gen we have a cafe, restaurant, a lounge and business networking areas that the Barista / Cafe Attendants all service. You will be busy taking and preparing orders which includes making juices, preparing toasties and you will be making our Members their coffee! As part of the role, you will be passionate about maintaining high standards by tidying up, cleaning the tables and the areas in which you work.

You will be responsible for:

- Fulfilling daily food & beverage orders;
- Cash Handling;
- Making coffees;
- Outstanding customer service; and
- Cleaning of café.

You will love engaging and interacting with Members and Team Members and pride yourself on providing exceptional service and going the extra mile to be a true Brand Ambassador. You're optimistic and qualified and thrive working in a busy environment where no two days (or hours) are the same! We operate between Monday to Sunday, we can certainly be adaptable around hours and we hope that you will be adaptable too from time to time when needed.

To be successful in this role you must have:

- A current RSA certificate;
- Experience in cash handling;
- Experience as a Barista; and
- Food & Beverage knowledge.
