NIPPON PERFORMANCE is seeking a Junior Motorcycle Mechanic Apprentice to join our team in Woolloongabba, QLD. As a full-time role, this is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in the automotive industry and gain hands-on experience in servicing, repairing and upgrading high-performance motorcycles.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting experienced mechanics with the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of various motorcycle makes and models
- Carrying out routine servicing tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections and tyre replacements
- Removing, replacing and repairing motorcycle parts and components
- Testing and inspecting motorcycles to identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Participating in on-the-job training and completing formal qualifications
What we're looking for
- A passion for motorcycles and a keen interest in the automotive industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- The ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- A valid manual driver's license (motorcycle license preferred but not required)
