We’re currently seeking a Junior Property Manager to join a highly regarded property developer and asset management business based in Melbourne CBD. This is a rare opportunity to be trained and mentored within a unique business that manages only the assets they build, offering a very different environment to a traditional real estate agency.

THE ROLE

- Routine inspections
- Open for inspections
- Condition reports and exit reports
- Chasing arrears
- Maintenance coordination
- General ad hoc property management duties
- Regular travel across Melbourne properties
- No Saturdays unless leasing demand requires support

ABOUT YOU

- Ideally 12+ months experience in real estate
- Open to entry-level candidates with a completed Cert IV in Real Estate
- Hard-working with a strong attitude
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Comfortable with regular travel and confident driving




- Strong work ethic and willingness to be trained
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with growth
- Completion of Agents Representative Certificate *essential
- Reliable car and valid drivers license *essential
